Our operators are SIA licenced, competent and experienced to work in a wide variety of control room roles. They can also be deployed at short notice where required.
Most of our control room staff have been dual licenced within the security sector, meaning they can also cover other licensable roles as SIA licenced Security Officers or SIA licenced Door Supervisors.
Our entire Control Room team have completed the NaCTSO Action Counters Terrorism E-Learning Training.
